These terms are an agreement between you and Taskiddo LLC ("we", "us") for the Taskiddo Routine website, web app, iOS, Android and Mac apps, and screentime agent (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 to create an account or be invited as a member. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password and household PIN private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
The owner of a household controls it: who is a member, their roles, and the household's profiles and content. Members you invite can see and change the household's data according to their role.
You may create profiles for people in your household or group, including children. You may only do so if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have permission from them or their parent or guardian. You are responsible for supervising how children use the Service and for the information you add about anyone else.
The screentime agent runs with administrator privileges to enforce the rules you set. Install it only on devices you own or are legally allowed to manage, and only to monitor people you have the right to supervise. Monitoring another adult's device without their knowledge may be illegal.
The agent is a beta. It can fail to block an app or site, lock a device when it should not, or stop working after a system update. It is a parenting aid, not a security or safety product; do not rely on it alone to protect anyone.
Taskee uses AI models to answer questions and propose changes. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete. Taskee shows each change and makes it only after you confirm; you are responsible for the changes you confirm.
You own the tasks, photos, files and other content you put into Taskiddo Routine. You give us a limited permission to store, copy, process and display that content only to provide the Service to you and your household. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short-lived backups.
You are responsible for your content and must have the right to upload it. Do not upload content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove such content and report it where the law requires.
Do not:
The Service is currently free. Each plan has storage and file-size limits, shown in your account settings. We may introduce paid plans; we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged, and nothing is charged without your agreement. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to their terms and refund policies.
We are improving Taskiddo Routine and may add, change or remove features. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will never be lost, or that screen time rules will always be enforced.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims by others caused by your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these terms — for example, installing the screentime agent on a device you were not allowed to manage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring claims in your own courts, nothing here removes that right. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it.
If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is not responsible for any claims about it.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
